Placement Advocacy
Senior Care Management Services will be a personal advocate when your loved one is in a nursing home or assisted living facility.

We will advocate for your elderly or disabled loved one on behalf of long distance family members.

Our staff is knowledgeable regarding all State of Florida Agency for Health Care Administration regulations so we know what to look for when visiting a facility.

We know what questions to ask, who to ask these questions of, and where to go to obtain information on our elderly clients.

We also specialize in assisting newly placed clients adjust to their new surroundings by regular visits and working with the home’s administrative staff to resolve concerns or complaints.
- We will participate in all multi-disciplinary and discharge planning conferences when you or your parent is in the hospital or rehab center.
